Ensemble Sirius is a Nordic Quintet consisting of five promising young musicians hailing from Denmark, Faroe Islands and Germany. Gathered in Aarhus by their common interest in modern music, the ensemble aims to promote new interest and awareness in contemporary Nordic music.

Throughout projects across the Nordic regions, the ensemble seeks to become a platform to help cultivate cultural and artistic identities with its colleagues and audiences. Ensemble Sirius aims to work and develop alongside artists of our time, continuously develop, disseminate and challenge Nordic contemporary music, thus creating a symbiotic relationship between musicians, composers and our audiences.

Ensemble Eiradís is an imaginative, exciting and enthusiastic quartet, consisting of four hard-working and committed professional classical saxophonists. The members origin from Sweden and the Faroe Islands and met during studies at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, Denmark.

The saxophone quartet specializes in children’s concerts and workshops traveling around the nordic countries working with the younger audience. 

Furthermore Eiradís is endorsed by Henri Selmer Paris, and has played numerous classical concerts in churches and concert halls on the Faroe Islands, in Denmark and Sweden.

HjerteLyd is an operatic chamber group creating operas and musical experiences for the youngest audience between 0-6 years old.

HjerteLyd is a unique opportunity for a musical and sensory experience for the little ones - a poetic journey into the land of music for the tiniest ears. The performance focuses on making it easy, appealing, and understandable for the audience to participate - both children and adults.

HjerteLyd creates the enchanting space where people of all sizes can encounter art and culture - physically, interactively, and sensually."

Ninnas Orkester consists of four musicians from the Faroe Islands and Denmark. They are all multi-instrumentalists educated from the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, Denmark.

Their passion is to bring exceptional and unforgettable musical experiences to as many children as possible around the Nordic countries.

Ninnas Orkester has a close collaboration with LMS (Living Music in Schools), which organizes concerts with the ensemble throughout Denmark.

Nordic Saxophone Collective is a voluntary association founded in 2019, based in Aarhus, Denmark. Consists of Saxophone players, teachers, and students active in the Nordic region who shares the same passion and ambition for new music of our time, NSC push to expand and develop capacities and interests of Nordic saxophone literature in our member’s respective communities, countries, and bringing Nordic cultures abroad.

EKA Ensemble is a Faroese trio consisting of the brothers Ernst and Aksel Remmel playing trumpet and piano respectively as well as Kristina Thede johansen on saxophone. Apart from playing their instruments, all three sing as part of their concerts. They are all currently studying at different conservatories in the north – in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Helsinki.

EKA was formed in the summer of 2020 in connection with Summartónar Festival on the Faroe Islands, where they recorded their live concert in SALT concert hall.
